the entire team at showroom is very professional. initial install went very smoothly. one window didn't stay up, so they ordered new parts. Billy came by and did the repair and now everything works. i would use them again and recommend them to anyone looking to replace windows.

I was very happy choosing Showroom Windows after searching for a reputable replacement window company in Austin. Their customer service was excellent, the install team did a great job, and the price was fair for both parties. In a big job, there is inevitably some minor issues that come up. The Showroom team did a great job addressing them in a professional and timely manner.

Showroom did an outstanding job on a tricky sliding patio door install, in a spot where there wasn’t even a window before. They cut through the exterior siding, rerouted electrical, fit a large custom-size sliding patio door, matched the interior and exterior trim to my house, and painted everything perfectly. They even installed a coach light for my new side entrance.
From start to finish, the experience was excellent. Dayne’s first consult was thorough, highlighting both watch-outs and opportunities with the project. Joseph’s proactive coordination and clear, continuous communication kept the project on track. Roberto and his crew were respectful and meticulous.
Cost was reasonable for quality of work. Highly recommend.

Just had all my windows replaced and Showroom did an amazing job! We really knew that we wanted Marvin windows but needed a reputable company! The entire staff from day one has been amazing! Honestly, these guys are so good it's a bit shocking. We kept on waiting for the inevitable issues and delays typically experienced on home-renovation projects. None here.
