Interviewer: I'm here with Brandon from Showroom Windows and Doors, and we're talking about, of course, windows. You know Brandon, we've been doing this a long time and it really feels like the way people buy windows is broken. Brandon: First of all, thanks for having us out here today. It's been the same way for the last 10-15 years. It's homeowners call one company, they hear a long canned pitch about one product and they don't really know the advantages and disadvantages of all the options that are out there. So, we try to offer the big three—Anderson, Pella, and Marvin—all at the same time to really show homeowners the differences. Interviewer: You offer all three of those big brands—those are the ones everybody knows, right? Pella, Marvin, Anderson—is one of them best or how do people decide? Brandon: We always say the best might not be the best for everyone. There's a good place for all of them, they all have a place in certain homes depending on what the homeowner is looking for, you know what's important to them. Interviewer: Let them get the window that they choose, not the one that's pushed on them, correct? Brandon: Definitely. Interviewer: You have all three of these brands. Is it the same buying it from you as buying it direct from the company? Brandon: Say a little cheaper and a little better. You know we take care of our customers, we know what's going on with every single project. You're not just a number, you know, in our production team. We just take the time, we get a lot of referrals, we have a lot of reviews, and it's just more of a local, you know, care. Interviewer: Best price, the big three brands, everybody wants local company sounds like Showroom Windows and Doors has kind of fixed the way people buy windows. Brandon: We're working on it.
