Interviewer: I'm here with Brandon from Showroom Windows and Doors, and today we're talking about warranties. Warranties are super important, right? And you guys carry the big three brands—Pella, Marvin, and Anderson. So, tell me about the warranties you offer at Showroom. Brandon: You're going to get two warranties. You'll have one from the manufacturer which averages about 20 years for the product itself, and then we offer a 5-year labor guarantee based on our work. We're certified to carry all three brands, and we actually over-engineer our installation process. So, yeah, you're going to have two warranties Interviewer: So the brands themselves—Pella, Marvin, Anderson—are the ones who are going to warranty the actual product to make sure that window doesn't fail. Right, but then you guys at Showroom are offering your own labor warranty as well, is that correct? Brandon: As long as a certified retailer installs it, you're going to have a manufacturer warranty. We are certified installers for all three, so you're going to have a product guarantee, usually about 20 years from the manufacturer, and then we offer a 5-year labor guarantee.
